How to reset my password?

If you forgot your password and need to reset it:

Navigate to the login, page and click on ‘Forgot password?’ or click HERE

You should then enter your email address and click ‘send’.

You’ll be sent an email with a link that you can use to reset your password.

Once you click on the link, you’ll be navigated to a page where you’ll be required to enter and re-type your new password.

Once you click on ‘submit’ and the passwords you entered match, the password will be reset.

How to change my password?

If you are signed in and want to change your password:

Navigate to your account and click on ‘change password’ or click HERE

You’ll be navigated to a page where you need to enter your old password, and then enter your new password.

If the old password is correct, then the change will take effect and you will receive an email that the password was changed.
